DRIVER AGE
Drivers must be at least:
21 years old and have held a driving license for 1+ years.
If you do not meet the age requirements in the rental terms, you will not be able to pick up the car and you will be asked to pay the full rental fee.
The maximum rental age is 65 years.

VEHICLE DELIVERY & PICKUP
We can deliver / pick up vehicles from wherever it serves.
You can pick up your selected rental car anywhere on the island (port, airport, hotel, any point in Ikaria upon arrangement). The same applies to delivery. In case the delivery and pickup location are not the same there is a charge of +20€ to the total cost.

TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS, TRAFFIC FINES & ADMINISTRATIVE SANCTIONS
Tickets and attached administrative sanctions resulting from any violation of Greek traffic laws during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter.
If no such administrative sanction is disclosed to the company at the end of the rental period (contract), the violation will be charged to the renter.

FUEL POLICY
The renter must return the vehicle with the same level of gasoline as when it was delivered, otherwise they may pay us the difference.

CAR REPLACEMENT - DAMAGE
In the event of an unfortunate accident/damage that results in the vehicle being immobilised, your car will be replaced with another one if available within 24 hours of the accident/damage being reported.
Our company has the right to investigate the causes of the accident/damage and refuse to replace the car if the use of the car was contrary to the terms of the contract. In this case, the renter must pay all the damage as well as the daily rent until the car is repaired by the mechanic. All insurance terms cease to apply when the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. In such a case, all responsibility and costs are exclusively with the undersigned renter.

MILESTONES
Unlimited mileage is included in our prices.

ADDITIONAL DRIVERS
One (1) additional driver can be registered at no additional charge. A maximum of two (2) drivers, including the primary driver, are allowed per rental.

CHANGE – CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
You can request a change to your booking at any time, even multiple times, without charge. Your change request will be processed and we will confirm whether the requested change is possible within a few hours.
Car rental prices are subject to change and prices tend to be higher as the change date approaches the rental start date. We promise that the price you book is the price you will pay – but we cannot promise that the price you book today will be valid if you extend, shorten or change your rental period.
If you revise your rental period, the daily price may change. Especially if the total rental period is less than a week. Generally, the longer the rental period, the lower the price per day.
If you have already picked up your vehicle and want to keep it longer, you must contact our company and check if the car is available. We have the right to refuse to extend the rental contract if the car is already reserved.
If you decide to return the car earlier than the rental fee stated in the rental contract, we do not refund any amount for unused days.
If the cancellation is made 30 days before arrival, the deposit is refundable.

PAYMENT METHODS
The renter can pay by cash, debit card or by bank transfer upon receipt of the car.
When booking online, a deposit of 30% of the reservation is requested via debit/credit card.

AVAILABILITY
During your reservation, our company has the right to change your vehicle to a vehicle of the same category, a different model or a higher category in case of unavailability on your arrival date at the same cost.

TIRES & CAR WINDOWS

All car windows, tires, the interior of the car (cabin) and the underside of the car are not covered by the insurance policy and will be compensated 100% by the customer.

INSURANCE
All authorized drivers are covered for damages by Third Party Liability Insurance up to death, injury and property of third parties. Both coverages are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the insurance policy.
The insurance included in the price given is the basic third party insurance.
